All modulesSHEET 06 / 09 · ATTENDANCE

A time clock ineveryone's pocket.

A rotating QR code and a GPS check turn any phone into an attendance terminal — no turnstiles to buy. Behind it sits a roster with weekly patterns that fill themselves in, and overtime that flows to payroll already approved.

A closer look

Attendance in 5 parts.

Straight from the running product — what an administrator sets up, and what everyone else does with it.

Clocking in is one button

Scan the office QR code, or clock in from wherever you are — the location is recorded either way. Below it, the person's own attendance by day, week, month or table, with a correction request if they forgot to clock out.

Today, across the organisation

Clocked in, currently in, and total hours at the top; a timeline per person underneath. Drag on a column to record attendance for someone who couldn't, and mark it as overtime in the same dialog.

Who takes attendance, and who doesn't

One org-wide default, then Required or Exempt per person for the exceptions. The default overtime multiplier lives here too — it seeds the rate whenever overtime is scheduled.

Set the usual week once

Shift templates and weekly work patterns are what make the roster fill itself. Change someone's pattern and every future week redraws; the weeks you already published stay as published.

The poster by the door

One printable QR poster per office. The code rotates every 30 seconds, so a photo of it is worthless a minute later, and the GPS check confirms the phone was actually there.

What's inside

Everything the attendance module does for you.

Rotating QR poster

Print one poster per office. The code refreshes every 30 seconds, so it can't be screenshotted and shared.

GPS geofence

Clock-ins are checked against the office's location — within range counts, elsewhere gets flagged.

Roster board

Plan shifts on a day or week board, drag to adjust, and let everyone see their own schedule.

Patterns fill the week

Set each person's usual week once and the roster writes itself — override only the exceptions.

Overtime, scheduled first

Planned OT sits on the roster; actual clock times confirm it, and payroll pulls it in priced.

Tidy corrections

Forgot to clock out? Corrections go through approval and the daily record stays clean for payroll.

How it runs

Three steps, start to finish.

01

Print the poster

One QR poster by the door per office — that's the only installation there is.

02

The team scans in

Phone camera, GPS check, clocked in — 9:02 AM, Marina Bay office, within range.

03

Payroll gets clean hours

Days close themselves, variances get flagged, and approved OT arrives in the payroll run.
